Dustan is an avid designer and developer who constantly pushes his own personal boundaries. His ability to learn at a rapid pace means he is able to teach himself to perform any task required of Something Digital. His previous job experience involved working at an events company, where his skills in managing staff were quickly realised.

This makes him ideal for resolving disputes between management and the freelancers on the team. His main area of expertise remains in online media in all the forms it may take.

He also manages to take the strong silent type thing that you immediately think when you meet him, and turn it on its head the moment you turn around. Don't assume anything. You will only be doing yourself a disservice.

Stephan Hoffman

Title: Executive Strategist

Stephan has been in the workplace since the age of 14, sometimes in very responsible positions. From working as a buyer for an international company and managing a staff of up to ten persons, to working as a sales rep to working in the property market.

The experience he has garnered over the years has stood him well in helping to find different paths for Something Digital, in order for it to reach new heights. His main area of expertise is problem solving.

A wannabe cynic, he loves to party, but could just as easily sit in front of the fire place with a good book and a bottle of wine on his own. Contradiction does not begin to describe this boy! In a word? Chocoholic health nut. Ok, thats three words.
